Eiffel Hotel Hurghada

The pool area was enjoyable, but the room had a filthy fridge and unmaintained bathroom.

Newly remodelled and pleasant accommodation with marvellous setting close to downtown, the beach, near Marina, Sheraton street and the new marina in a minute. Beautiful rooms with balcony, very pleasant and affable staff.

We did not want to leave there, this hotel is newly decorated and enchanting!!!

big hotel with a nice pool and a particularly good location close to the city centre. all the rooms are beautiful and the staff is super-friendly and amiable.

The staff was friendly and cooperative, which brightened up an otherwise challenging experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired with visible dirt and cockroaches, and the noisy street made it difficult to relax.

reasonably large room with air conditioner, bathrooms, as for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Location is very good. The hotel is a few steps to beach and it is free.

Elevator was not working. Staff can not speak English, just speaks Russian and Arabic, when you need stuff, you have to call him at least 10 times.

Only the staff at the hotel was polite............, I wud not recommend this hotel to any traveller....the rooms of the hotel were not clean, the exhaust fan in the wash room was not working, the tv channels were not working, there are no phones in the room and if you need anything, you hv to run down to the reception.....the breakfast served is same everyday w/out any changes in the menu....the housekeeping staff knocks on yr door without any reason to check if someone is in the room or not......i cannot call it a hotel.......i request Booked.net to make a thorough survey of the hotel before putting it for booking on their site.....in actual whatever shown on website does not match the reality....even after making complains to the reception many times, the problems were not solved and had to cut short my stay at the hotel.

Staff was excellent

Badly in need of refurbishment, the pictures show a different picture, pool was very unkept and looked green... No breakfast only a plate of salad handed to me from the back of the restaurant....

Why on earth didn't I get a complimentary upgrade? As I walked into my filthy, cockroach-infested room, I almost gagged. Nonexistent for me. I do have to applaud the view, though, but it's hard to appreciate from a room with stains everywhere. I just couldn't bring myself to give a good review because of these inconveniences.

Tidy and absolutely perfect room, it had a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The bed was good, walk-in showers worked well. The vibe here was quiet. Cooperative staff, provided information if needed

The breakfast was o k for that price

No hot water and bath was so dirty plus and the sound from the disco up till 4,oclock in the morning

It was my second visit to hurghada, and the great view of the sea exceeded my expectations. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the beach and marina.

The eiffel is right next to the beach, fantastic. The outdoor pool area was enjoyable, and the bar by the pool was a nice touch. The staff were friendly.
